The pictures below are from two different situations. This is one of the ways I react to aliens. I mean, irritants.

Little over a year ago, I began a new gut regimen.

I’ve noticed these products help with these seasonal threats.

I’ve had less sensitivity to certain foods.

I’ve been more tolerant to irritants in the environment/ surroundings.

I haven’t taken this kind of selfie in quite some time and am so grateful for finding something that supports me from the inside out!
