The Ancient Art of Massage 💆🏽

I recently went to the with my family and walked upon this beautiful little corner.

Did you know? Massage therapy dates back thousand of years to ancient cultures.

The first written record of massage dates back as far as 1800BC in a Chinese text. This text detailed massage technique as benefiting the recipient through therapeutic touch.

Galen, a physician to the Roman gladiators, completed a series of massage for treating different diseases and injuries (and was believed to be the first form of sports massage) HOW COOL!!

Massage therapy, in its most basic form, has been around since the beginning of the human race.

Everyday that I go into the studio, I look forward to hearing about your day, your families, what’s bothering you and how your body is feeling. I honor the fact that I get to take care of you, when you have taken care of everything and everyone else in your life.
It’s because of beautiful souls like you, that I am able to grow and provide a safe space and quality service.
This increase in pricing, will continue to allow me to cover expenses for the studio and invest in my continued education, to bring more to the table 😉
