Guided grounding and gentle breathwork
45-60 minute immersive soundbath

A soundbath is a deeply restorative experience where you are “bathed” in soothing sound frequencies from instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote emotional release.
