I am so proud of my community and how much they have accomplished over the years. The Greek Festival was another big success this year in Lewiston,ME. We danced, sang, and enjoyed some real Greek food. Smile Solutions is truly blessed to serve such a great community that I call family.

A lot of patients ask us if there is anything they can do with older crowns where the gum recedes and exposes the metal plus part of the root. Good news is that we have the ability to fix this. The newer crowns can be fabricated without the metal substructure, aesthetically are excellent and look like natural teeth. Here we have an example of replacing the older crown and making it more even with the adjacent teeth plus changing the shade. We also work closely with very talented lab technicians who can achieve this result.

A lot of patients ask us daily what can they do when their teeth have some fluorosis or enamel with internal staining. This is an example of what you can do with composite. A very conservative approach that can be done chair side. Cases like this can very gratifying for the patient and doctor at the same time. We thank our patients for trusting us with their teeth.
