A nationwide ban on h**p derived products is set to go into effect in 12 months, November 2026.

If this ban is not fixed, here is what it would do:
Limit THC to 0.4 milligrams per finished product, making full spectrum gummies, oils, capsules, tinctures, and many CBD products illegal
Cut off sleep, relief, and wellness products people depend on
Wipe out roughly 95 percent of the h**p industry and the nearly 440,000+ full-time jobs that come with it
It devastates farms and small businesses across the country.

It delivers a massive financial win to three powerful lobbying groups: alcohol, pharma, and the regulated ma*****na industry, which all lobbied hard for this outcome

As written today, enforcement begins November 12, 2026. That gives all of us one year to stop this.
The h**p industry has a strong gameplan to move forward. There are plans to soon introduce a bill that would replace a total ban with robust regulation of h**p products.

Nothing changes today. You can continue to purchase and use them while we fight for a rational solution.
