Change of plans yogis!
It has been raining most of the morning at my aunt's house where we hold yoga so the grass/ground is too wet to dry out at this temperature. We shall have to cancel yoga this afternoon. Hopefully the weather will be better so we can have our last class next Sunday!

I have decided to cancel Yoga in the Yard this afternoon, August 10th. There is a decent chance of storms possible from 4-5 or shortly thereafter. We'll be back next week though! Come join us then!

$10/person, $5 for new attendees
Bring a mat if you'd like one. Chairs provided.
Beautiful atmosphere and lovely people also provided.

Come join us for Yoga in the Yard tomorrow from 4-5 pm! We do a chair optional yoga flow that works on mobility and balance. It's a great flow for anyone from beginners to advanced yogis as it helps to slow down and focus on where your body is in space. It's great for your mind too!

$5 for first time attendees or if you bring a friend who is a first timer, otherwise $10/person.

We have chairs. You can bring a mat if you have one, but it's not necessary.

The weather tomorrow looks to be perfect! Come and give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

I'm looking forward to Yoga in the Yard this Sunday, June 29th from 4-5pm!

Any new or first time this year students are $5/person.

Come join us for a relaxing, peaceful class where we focus on mobility and strength using a chair to allow you to focus on position and breath.
This class is great for everyone, whether you are highly mobile or trying to build up your mobility.
Come give it a try!

A quick reminder that next Sunday we will not have Yoga in the Yard. I will be celebrating one of my favorite young people's birthday and graduation from high school 🎉
