Our residents had such a wonderful time participating in a Valentine’s Day card swap with our sister facility, Pine Crest Health and Memory Care. There is something so special about sharing kindness, creativity, and heartfelt messages with new friends. The smiles said it all! 💖

To make the day even sweeter, we enjoyed fantastic live music from The Good Times Band. The room was filled with toe-tapping tunes, laughter, and plenty of dancing — the perfect soundtrack to a day all about love and connection. 🎶❤️

Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to build relationships, celebrate together, and spread a little extra joy. Happy Valentine’s Day! 💘

Feeling the love this Valentine’s Day ❤️

Our Management Team had so much fun writing personalized Valentine hearts for each of our incredible staff members. A small token of appreciation for the BIG hearts that show up every single day for our residents.

We also celebrated with a delicious Valentine’s Potluck — and let’s just say, our team can cook AND care! 🍓🍰 From sweet treats to savory favorites, it was the perfect way to come together and celebrate the amazing people who make our facility feel like home.

We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Happy Valentine’s Day! 💗

Stats: 48 bed facility with a post acute rehab and long term units

People: Amazing with small hometown atmosphere.

ED and DON: Gail DON has been with the building for 16 years, Executive Director is Gateway’s very own Nick.

Grateful: Gateway Wisconsin has been lucky enough to find this Portage County gem with staff that have obvious love for their residents and community. We cannot be more thankful for this opportunity to add Timber Ridge to continue to Dignify Long Term Care and Post Acute in the Eyes of the World!

Very Grateful to have such Dedicated Therapists working at our Facilities!

🎉 Happy Birthday, Abby! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating Abby, one of our amazing Speech-Language Pathologists serving Pine Crest Health and Memory Care and Wood Aven Health and Rehabilitation. Abby’s journey with us began as a student completing her final semester before graduation—right here at Pine Crest—where Katara had the privilege of being her Clinical Instructor.

Even before officially signing on with Ensign PRN, Abby went above and beyond by continuing to support resident care under the previous ownership and generously volunteering her time to help with resident activities. Her heart for service and dedication to our residents has always been evident.

The photo shared captures Abby alongside a resident she helped take to the fair across the street from Pine Crest—a perfect snapshot of her compassion, commitment, and genuine connection with those she serves.

We are so grateful to have Abby on our team and thankful for the joy and care she brings to our residents every day. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday, Abby! 💙🎂

What a way to celebrate the New Year! 🎊❄️ Today our residents had a blast playing winter games like Ring Around the Reindeer Antlers and a snowball fight. We also enjoyed fantastic entertainment from Tom Burt at our New Year’s Party on Tuesday—so many smiles and laughs all around!

🎶 Music filled our halls this Saturday! 🎶

We were thrilled to welcome Howie Luedtke and his wife, Deb, for a wonderful live performance that had toes tapping and smiles all around. Their talent and kindness always bring such joy to our residents, and we’re grateful they spent the afternoon with us! 💛

We also enjoyed beautiful music from a visiting choir, which made the day even more special. It was truly a heartwarming way to spend the weekend.
