🎉 Celebrating One Year of New Beginnings! 🎉

Today marks one year since the acquisition of our nursing home, and what an incredible journey it’s been! Over the past year, we’ve grown together as a team, strengthened our commitment to compassionate care, and continued to make our facility a true home for our residents and staff alike. 💙

We’re so proud of all that’s been accomplished — from new programs and updates throughout the building, to the countless smiles shared each and every day. None of it would be possible without our dedicated staff, supportive families, and wonderful residents who make our community so special.

Here’s to one year down and many more to come — filled with care, compassion, and connection. 🥂💫

👻🎃 Happy Halloween from all of us at Wood Aven! 🎃👻

Our halls were filled with laughter, costumes, and plenty of sweet treats today! Residents, staff, and visitors all got into the spooky spirit with costumes, decorations, and of course—trick-or-treat fun! 🕸️🍬

We love seeing the joy that this festive day brings to our community. Thank you to everyone who helped make it a boo-tiful celebration! 🧡🖤

🎀 Baby on the way! 🎀

Our Activities Department went above and beyond throwing a beautiful baby shower for our amazing scheduler, Mariah and our residents had such a wonderful time celebrating with her! 💕👶 It was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and lots of love for the soon-to-be mama!

Ghosts, goblins, and ghouls—oh my! 👻 Join us for some spooktacular fun as we celebrate Halloween with trick-or-treating at our facility on October 31st starting at 4:00pm! Little ones (and big kids, too!) are welcome to stop by for candy, costumes, and plenty of smiles. 🍬

🌽😋 Nothing says summer like a good old-fashioned corn roast! We had the best time at Wood Aven last week, and the corn from Witter's Dairy Farm was chef’s kiss delicious! 💛 Big thanks to our amazing staff who helped make it a sweet (and buttery 🧈) success—you’re the best! ✨
