How To Make Fermented Garlic Honey 🧄🍯
(My kids love it and so do I) (my fermented, honey is a little over a year old already!) just look at the differences from day one to now!
Garlic is one of the most well research natural remedies. Garlic contains something called Allison in it, which is really effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, so bacteria that responds well to antibiotics and ones that don’t! As well as being effective against a lot of viruses 🦠
- use raw unfiltered, honey if you want all the good benefits for colds because honey is a natural antibacterial and antimicrobial
-sit on a dark shelf for a week to a month (the longer it sits the better and stronger it is) the honey will preserve the garlic as it ferments, the garlic will also mellow out a ton in flavor, and the honey will become more liquidy for that cough syrup consistency
-REMEMBER TO BURB YOUR JAR TO LET OUT ALL THE NATURAL GASES AND TO RECOAT ANY GARLIC!
-after the fermentation you can place it in your fridge!
-at the beginning stage of any sign of you feeling sick, consume a few spoonfuls of honey or even a clove or two of garlic to keep symptoms at an ease.

🚨 of course this is never a replacement for getting the proper medical attention 🚨
