I think I may be done mostly, beside a few very special clients here and there, with my wellness business. It's been 10 years. I never really made much money with it but I was doing what I loved. However, this past year has really done me in. While I'm grateful and hope to continue with the few clients that are still showing up, I can't sustain my household on the money I make. And running a business is being anxious 24/7....it's taking a toll on my health. At some point I have to say enough, right?

My partner Ron and I also recently split up, so I'm under a lot of pressure to financially support my little family now by myself, and we have a lot of moving costs coming up since we are selling our home in MS and moving permanently to Atlanta.

All that to say that I think it's time for a different career. The issue is that I still have a child with autism who needs me a lot more than a neurotypical child.

Still, I'm interested in any opportunities to shift. My MA background in psychology included a lot of counseling, listening skills, research skills, writing skills and people skills. I'm thinking maybe HR, Something working with Autistic kids, Academic Advising, maybe even sales of some kind. I'd be really into working for an airline for the travel benefits, especially online.I do not want to have to market myself ever again if I can help it, although I am still going to work part time on PDA consulting.

If you know of any jobs that I might be a good fit for, please let me know. It's time.

The is such an amazing place!! We went to see their production of Rudolf today and it was amazing...I think more for me due to nostalgia than even my kid. The museum is INCREDIBLE with so many different original Jim Henson puppets, including my favorite Fraggle Rock. Highly highly recommend. We even made Rudolf shadow puppets. Loved loved.

Today I felt called to do a reading for a client. As I was shuffling her tarot cards I felt spirit telling me it had to do with her friends. Once I pulled the cards, I saw it had to do with her taking swift action to help a friend who was having a hard time with a child/inner child love, and that my client would help her change all that and take control of her kingdom, stepping into her power with love.

Her spirit team guided this reading as the message came through before I even pulled any cards and the cards I pulled didnt have anything to do specifically with friendship. I read them that way due to her spirit team telling me to read it that way.

I cannot express how hard it is to just say this to someone you are reading for without any proof. It takes so much trust and surrender. This was a one way video recording. I couldn't even get a nod one way or the other to confirm. I just had to take a chance. I've also been reading for this client for almost 3 or 4 years now, and this is the first time I was called by her guides to specifically talk about her friends. So overall, a scary leap.

But over the years I've learned to just say what comes and trust it. This is also how I do my energy work with clients; messages come through and I have to trust. I've tried not saying the things they want me to say, and they don't let it go until I do. So that doesnt work so well.

My client sent a video back after the reading saying that she was flying two of her friends in TODAY and that one of them is having a very hard time with her kid and her husband is sick....so she has to step up in new ways and she's struggling. My client and the other friend will spend the next few days trying to help her heal. So basically exactly what her spirit team said in the reading. My client said the reading gave her goosebumps.

This crazy path of this work is divinely guided through deep trust in the universe. All I do is try to hold space and surrender. But I want to share these moments so you know that more is always present, always possible. There is so much more and you are never alone, and your team is always ready to help you.
