Hello, I'm Christine!
I believe a healthy mind produces a happy heart.
I'm a seasoned professional counselor with over a decade of experience. I recently received my NC Licence in Mental Health and am dedicated to helping others achieve mental wellness, life balance, and joy in their lives.
I specialize in working with adolescents and emerging adults, but I also have a special place in my heart for supporting mothers and, more recently, the vibrant baby boomer generation. I'm excited to bring my passion and expertise to the Union County area and look forward to positively impacting our community.

I currently provide in-home and online sessions, or I will meet at a place where the client feels comfortable.
