Hi, I’m Kristin ✨

I’m a therapist, and meditation and yoga teacher with a deep belief in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. For years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them find more clarity, resilience, and a sense of coming home to themselves.

My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and movement - creating space for real, lasting change. Whether we’re in session, on the mat, or simply navigating everyday life, I aim to show up with warmth, authenticity, and zero judgment.

Counseling is a second career for me. I went back to graduate school when my kids were in high school. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor, and I’ve spent decades deepening my practice through advanced training in yoga and meditation.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m teaching weekly classes or leading retreats around the world-and spending as much time as possible with my family including my beloved dog, Gus!

I am a recent empty nester (or a free-bird depending on how you see it) and as I step into this next chapter, I am focused on showing up more consistently, sharing more openly, and continuing to create a space rooted in growth, connection, and well-being 🤍 Thank you for being here with me!

✨Your Brain on Fresh Air and Connection ✨

Did you know that spending time in nature literally changes your brain? Studies show that time outdoors reduces stress hormones, improves mood, and even boosts creativity. When we pause to breathe in fresh air, our nervous system shifts out of fight-or-flight and into a state of restoration.

But here’s the best part: when we share these moments with others, the benefits multiply. Human connection releases dopamine, lowers stress, and reminds us we’re not alone (unless you’re skiing down a run with your kids that you have no business being on- but that’s a different post about discernment/risk tolerance/comfort zone 😵‍💫)

This is my intention.

Last year it was ✨ease ✨ and it is really through the ease that I feel spacious. Annnnd- it has taken conscious, clear, kind, and consistent cultivation to nurture this.

I am successful about 20% of the time, which I will take as a win (kindness in action, right there 😂)

New Years Resolutions do not work for me. They feel like some rule I just want to break. An Intention feels different. Less of a “thing to do” and more of a “way to be”.

So, here’s to more ease and spaciousness in 2025.
