Hi, I’m Kristin ✨
I’m a therapist, and meditation and yoga teacher with a deep belief in the connection between mind, body, and spirit. For years, I’ve worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, helping them find more clarity, resilience, and a sense of coming home to themselves.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness and movement - creating space for real, lasting change. Whether we’re in session, on the mat, or simply navigating everyday life, I aim to show up with warmth, authenticity, and zero judgment.
Counseling is a second career for me. I went back to graduate school when my kids were in high school. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, I’m a Nationally Certified Counselor, and I’ve spent decades deepening my practice through advanced training in yoga and meditation.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m teaching weekly classes or leading retreats around the world-and spending as much time as possible with my family including my beloved dog, Gus!
I am a recent empty nester (or a free-bird depending on how you see it) and as I step into this next chapter, I am focused on showing up more consistently, sharing more openly, and continuing to create a space rooted in growth, connection, and well-being 🤍 Thank you for being here with me!
