Today wrapped up an American Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support Instructor Development project in Romney, WV. In the last 3 days, we have certified 10 providers from 7 different agencies at the NALS Comprehensive level, and 5 of those went on to become NALS Instructors to further neonatal education at their home agencies!

This is why the American Red Cross Neonatal Advanced Life Support course was created! Pennsylvania isn't the only state whose map looks like this. Let's train and educate our out-of-hospital providers to care for our most delicate patients because it's not a case of IF anymore... It's WHEN.

Today we had the pleasure of working with 3 local Doula's that all obtained their NALS certifications. I love teaching different level providers, we all have so much to learn from each other!
