FAMILY Disability Services Day support services for adults with disabilities. We are a private adult day service workshop that focuses on individual growth and skill development.

We are set on ten acres of serene lake property where we cook together, clean together, work together, recreate together, and help each other to become useful partners with our communities. Because, together, we are FAMILY. Please contact us to get involved.

The inclusion of universal changing tables in the state’s new rest stop areas will allow Ohioans with developmental disabilities to engage more with their communities.

Hi Everyone! For many years the natural, organic progression of responsibilities and workload at Family Disability Services has grown into a long-term situation where Brandon has been very interested and involved with Farm 2.0 and those related in-home services while I've been very interested and involved with Silo and Silo related services.

It’s time for Brandon to get his due and run his own agency! I’m happy and confident to work with him to try and make this slight transition go as smoothly as possible. We all know that Brandon is a responsible and capable leader and I know he’ll keep giving a level of care unmatched in Carroll County! To leave these services in his capable hands makes me feel energized and ready to focus all of my efforts on Silo!

So, if you are happy with your Farm, in-home services, and employment services that Brandon has been running behind the scenes for many years, fear not! The only change that you’ll see is whatever name Brandon chooses for his brand new agency!

Likewise, if you’re happy with your Silo and related services, there won’t be any change at all!

This shift is simply our way to be able to focus our efforts and talents in the best possible ways - me with Silo, and Brandon with Farm and Carroll County in-home services!

Thank you to all the mom’s!

The standard adoption fee (cash) is $40 for adult dogs, $45 for puppies, and $35 for seniors/special needs dogs. It includes a microchip, vaccination and the dog license, which will be mailed to you. The pound is not able to comply with requests to hold dogs.
Dogs are adopted out to the public on a first come, first served basis. This means the first person to actually come to the pound to adopt the dog. If multiple people are at the pound for the same dog at open, a drawing will be held at 8:15AM to determine who will adopt the dog.
Rescues: Please message our page
Dogs at the pound are strays and surrenders and are not health or temperament checked. Any dog from any pound should be isolated from your pets at home until examined or tested by a vet. If you adopt a puppy who has been vaccinated it should not be given another parvo vaccination for at least two weeks. For information on parvo, please consult a veterinarian. The breeds listed are only the pound’s best guess.
The colored dots added to the posts of the dogs indicate which ones need out the most. 🟢 for normal availability; 🟡 for those we need to focus on; 🔴 if they become fully urgent; 🕜note availability date.

We had a cold, but fun day!! I just realized we didn't even get a group pic, with our 🧡 shirts! They will be wearing them again on Friday, for the walk at Belden Village Mall, hopefully we get some then, since coats won't be a necessity indoors!
