Yesterday I played SS in a co-ed tournament. I did very well, but 1 guy smashed a ball i barely had time to react, just enough time to get my face out of the way.

Instead the ball smashed my collarbone & throat. I dropped instantly and it was HARD to get back up. I iced it, drank water, and pulled out my secret weapon. This stuff is legit. I sat 1 inning was back at it and played another game. And today playing again.

I think we all feel it. And even if we think we are managing it we'll, our bodies are telling us otherwise.

It took me a lot of research to figure out my hormones, weight, poor sleep, anxiety, thinning hair, etc is not because my body is aging. Its because I've been stressed and surviving, since covid really.

1 thing after the next i felt I was handling it well. Really I was. But my body was taking the toll silently. Til finally BOOM my body said STOP IT! And all negative side effects hit me.
