We see clients of all ages, but a large part of our practice is perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause. The world has sold you a lie that you just have to suck it up and get through it. You don’t have to have pain, hot flashes, mood fluctuations, sleep disruption, or fatigue. There are great herbs, supplements and even hormones to keep you feeling great. Sometimes we do see a need to test more regularly through this period to manage the rollercoaster of hormones, but it is absolutely manageable. We strongly recommend even if you are seeing a doctor for hormone therapy that you see them more often and test regularly to manage your dosing as well.
