A Personal Update
Over the past several months, I’ve taken some time to reflect on my personal well-being and the balance between my work and my mental health. Running my own business has been an incredible journey—filled with growth, amazing clients, and so many rewarding moments. But it has also been demanding in ways that have begun to take a toll on my overall stability and peace of mind.
After a lot of thought, I have decided to step away from operating my own practice at this time so that I can focus on restoring balance, protecting my mental health, and regaining the energy I need to give my very best to my clients.
This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply a shift. I’m excited to share that I will continue practicing massage therapy and esthetics at Massage Heights in Ames, Iowa. I look forward to welcoming both familiar faces and new ones in this next chapter.
Thank you for your loyalty, kindness, and understanding during this transition. Your support has meant more to me than I can ever put into words, and I’m deeply grateful for every appointment, every conversation, and every bit of trust you’ve placed in me over the years. September will be my last month taking clients as of now in Webster city.
