Postpartum shape.. the motherhood journey is all worth it!
Recipe:
Accepting where you are now; embracing changes, be open minded and work hard and smart!
Daily walks as soon as you can leave bed rest phase!
Start with walking until your Obgyn give you the green light to start exercising
Two to three days work out ( half hour or up to an hour / depend on baby’s nap time ) add postpartum yoga 6/8 weeks postpartum. Start very gentle and listen to your body!
Increase intensity when you are cleared to resume workout. Your body will tell you when you are ready to practice power and gentle flow again!
