The world will rise from its ashes.. I do believe the collective wisdom will come together to end wars, famines, prejudice, racism and all the shadows that are fighting the light at the moment.. the battle is at its peak now.. but the light will cast away the darkness as we meditate, pray and raise our frequency higher then this world to reach the world.. through love, pure love,unconditional love, sincere kindness to warm up the callus hearts and heal all wounded souls so they come together to same earth and all its creatures.. one day at a time, one saving breath at a time.. when I disappear.. I’m not hiding from the world.. I’m just praying for its healing process my work doesn’t end with yoga.. it only begin with it.. and transcends it.. Postpartum shape.. the motherhood journey is all worth it!
Recipe:
Accepting where you are now; embracing changes, be open minded and work hard and smart!
Daily walks as soon as you can leave bed rest phase!
Start with walking until your Obgyn give you the green light to start exercising
Two to three days work out ( half hour or up to an hour / depend on baby’s nap time ) add postpartum yoga 6/8 weeks postpartum. Start very gentle and listen to your body!
Increase intensity when you are cleared to resume workout. Your body will tell you when you are ready to practice power and gentle flow again!

It’s been exactly a year since I stopped practicing inversions.. and finally last Wednesday I felt I was ready to try again. My core is still healing..yet this time I felt I’m ready to try again and check in on my postpartum progress and strength status! Result :first successful what a learning experience! The practice keep amazing me and teaching me more internal lessons as we go and grow.. on the path! What a journey and how awesome is the human body and its wisdom

Take some “Alone time..” pause, to reflect.. to self study, to observe the world around you and the one within you. Watch how you react, to things, events and peoples attitudes and actions. Master your mind to conquer your body. Sit on the pedestal of holiness and peace. The world might leave you, but you know you are rooted and you’ve always got the”self” nurturing and loving you.. keeping you afloat, rising you above the mud and lifting you up Beyound what can be seen.. you transcend to other dimensions of existing 💜
