Sunflower Speech has had a glow up 🌻✨

As we celebrate 12 sweet years of loving on little ones and serving families in our community this month, we’re so excited to share our fresh new look, our beautiful new website and our new name — Sunflower Speech & OT — giving our amazing OT discipline the well-deserved spotlight it has always deserved. 💛

While a few things may look different, the heart behind it all is just the same:
the same people, the same warmth, and the same thoughtful care for your tiniest loves.

We’re also growing in lovely ways, with new telehealth providers NOW available and an incredible unicorn of an in-person SLP joining us at the end of March for our babies and children ages 0–10.

Our schedule for those new providers are already beginning to fill, so if you’ve been thinking about reaching out, now is such a special time to connect.

We’re so excited to share that Brittani Gutheil has joined Sunflower Speech & OT as our Practice Manager — and we truly can’t wait for you to meet her.
Brittani brings a rare mix of warmth, organization, and leadership that’s perfect for a pediatric therapy setting. She’s spent years supporting teams through strong operations and an excellent family experience, with strengths in:
💛 Family communication + care coordination (so you always feel heard, supported, and in the loop)
📅 Scheduling + systems (creating a smooth, consistent experience for families)
🖥️ Process + platform support (helping everything run seamlessly behind the scenes)
📈 Team leadership + growth mindset (supporting our staff so they can focus fully on your child)
What we love most is Brittani’s people-first approach—she keeps things running beautifully while protecting what matters most: the relationships, trust, and care that make this place feel like Sunflower.

- family-centered clinic, child-led, neurodiversity affirming
- children up to age 10
- salary + incentive (70k-80k/yr + incentive pay) or hourly $46-55/hr. W2 options or 1099
- flexible schedules
- $200 towards health insurance + vision/dental options
- paid CEU’s
- PTO (10 days + 80 hours sick)
