Riders - we beg you to not neglect what your body tells you during the season. As athletes its important to help your body to recover.

Next time you find that your neck gets tight or you have a lot of tension in your upper back, these powerful 3 stretches can help you to get started with relieving some of the tissue tension that comes from reining, donning and doffing the saddle, and taking care of your beautiful horses.

When stretching we want to put your muscles under a gentle stretch, holding for a minimum of 30 seconds and up to 2 minutes. Your muscles will undergo stretching with a "low load and long duration."

If you've got a friend who is constantly complaining about having a tight back share this with them!

The reality of waiting rooms these days is:

* Drive 20 minutes toget to your providers office.
* Get to your scheduled appontment 20 minutes early (Because the office said so).
* Wait another 20+ minutes past your scheduled appointment time to be taken back
* Wait another 15 minutes to see the Doctor in the waiting room.
* See the Doctor for 15 minutes and have some of your questions answered.

Now the total time for your appointment was 110+ minutes or 1 hour and 50 minutes if not longer. It kills your day and your productivity.
