✨ What does a postpartum doula do? ✨
At Pine and Petal Doula Collective, my postpartum support is more than just helping you “adjust.” It’s hands-on, heart-forward care.

I’m there when the haze of birth settles, and the real questions start:
• Am I doing this right?
• Why won’t the baby sleep unless I’m holding them?
• When do I get to shower?
• Is it okay to feel like this?

A postpartum doula helps with:
🍼 Infant care support (diapering, soothing, feeding guidance)
🥣 Nourishment for the whole family (light meal prep, snack reminders, hydration)
🛏️ Light household tasks so you can focus on healing and bonding
🌙 Overnight support to help everyone rest
💬 Emotional check-ins and a safe, nonjudgmental space for your thoughts
🤱 Breast/chest and bottle feeding troubleshooting
📚 Resources and referrals if needed (lactation, pelvic floor, mental health, etc.)

You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to walk with you—quietly, gently, and right when you need support most. 💛
