⤠Hello friends â¤
I've been absent for more than a few weeks from my personal and business page. First it was taking time for myself and my boyfriend to recover after a busy holiday season, then I was packing and moved to a new place, providing me more space to create soul gifts and do readings for you, only to get shut down by this global pandemic. I hadn't realized how long I had withdrawn until I read a similar post of a friend who wanted to articulate to everyone why she was absent - when great change is present, I find myself going within and attending to my own needs and listening/observing more. If you know me, you know I'm always authentic. For that reason, I thought I'd post because I realize how much difficulty I am experiencing with everything right now and understand that we're in this together.
For the last week I have experienced ups and downs with my emotions. I wanted to post this probably 5 other times and ended up abandoning the idea because I just didn't feel like it. I'm experiencing anger, frustration, hopelessness, anxiety, and constantly questioning, "What am I doing with my life?!" I've talked to other healers and they're experiencing this as well. I wanted to share this because I want you to know that you're not alone and the feelings you're feeling are not yours personally. We're feeling the world's feelings and it's a lot. It's confusing. It sucks.
So, beginning today, as a way to help us all process what's going on, I will be sharing helpful information that can assist in what we're all feeling right now. Although I believe we should stay informed about what's happening in the world and need to understand how serious this is, I want to add some helpful and loving information into your feed â¤đâď¸
