🌿Patiently waiting for spring so I can reconnect with dandelions & violets. My favorite spring flowers to forage for some lymphatic love and anti inflammatory properties.

🌿During the silent months with lots of snowfall I use this time to alter recipes, read, Materia medica, and take more classes. 🤪

🌿Keep an eye out this spring for hand crafted botanical bath bombs, body butter, lymphatic massage oil, herbal salve, and foot soaks.
