Shamanic Sound Journey + Watercolor Painting

I’m so excited to announce the very first workshop in my new creative arts series, The Creative Alchemist—a space where art, energy, and intuition meet to gently (and sometimes boldly) unblock what’s been stuck.

On February 17, 2026, we gather on the Lunar New Year to welcome the Year of the Firehorse—a potent symbol of courage, movement, and unapologetic self-expression. Perfect timing, right?

🌕 What we’ll do:
I’ll guide you through a Shamanic Sound Journey to soften the mind, open the creative channel, and clear energetic blocks. From there, artist Jen Janhevic will lead a watercolor painting session, helping you translate what you felt into color, movement, and form. No art experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are.

🌿 Why this matters:
As a creative and shamanic healer, I work with women who feel creatively blocked, energetically tangled, or disconnected from their inner spark. This workshop (and the series to come) is about reclaiming courage through creative play, energy healing, and soulful expression—without pressure, perfection, or performance.

Grief doesn’t always look like tears on the floor or a song that wrecks you in the car.
Sometimes it looks like exhaustion you can’t shake, irritability with people you love, loss of motivation, brain fog, or feeling oddly disconnected from your work… or your joy.

I’ve learned—both personally and through my healing work—that when grief isn’t given space, it doesn’t disappear. It just gets louder in other areas of our lives. It can seep into our relationships, our health, our creativity, and yes… our professional lives too. Missed opportunities. Burnout. A sense that you’re pushing uphill no matter how hard you try.

This upcoming Sound Journey for Healing Grief was born from that knowing.

I’m creating a small, intentional container where grief—of any kind—can be acknowledged, witnessed, and gently moved through. This isn’t about fixing or rushing anything. It’s about allowing what’s been held too tightly (or buried too deeply) to soften, with the support of sound, intention, and others who get it.

Grief isn’t just about death.
It’s about endings.
Lost versions of ourselves.
Relationships that changed.
Dreams that didn’t unfold the way we hoped.
The life we thought we’d be living by now.

My hope is to offer this journey once a month, keeping it intimate and supportive, so no one has to carry their grief alone. Healing doesn’t have to be loud—but it does need to be witnessed.
