Update on My Healing Journey 💛
Hi beloved friends and soul family,
I wanted to personally share an update with you from the heart. After the scariest chapter of my life—surviving necrotizing fasciitis and compartment syndrome, enduring three major surgeries in 72 hours, and nearly losing both my arm and my life—I’m finally home from the hospital.
Now begins the real journey: healing. My days are filled with physical and occupational therapy, deep rest, follow-up appointments with the incredible surgeons who saved me, and small wins I celebrate daily. I’m learning to use my dominant hand and arm again, and it’s a slow, humbling process—my surgeon estimates a full recovery could take up to a year.
As many of you know, my hands are the sacred tools of my healing work—Reiki, sound healing, shamanic journeys, and energy medicine. Not being able to offer the full expression of my work right now has been emotionally and financially challenging.
But I’m not giving up. I’m exploring new, creative ways to share my medicine, to adapt, to grow. This experience is transforming me on every level, and I know spirit has a bigger purpose behind it all.
Your love, prayers, and generous support have carried me through some dark moments. I feel you beside me with every step. Whether you’ve donated, sent healing energy, or simply held me in your heart—I’m deeply grateful. You are part of this healing. You are part of my miracle.
