Throwback to the time when I use to work from office 🤓 adjusting to our new norm is not easy. But let’s talk about resiliency. Is it possible to have a life without twists and turns With no distress and pain? And with instructions on how to navigate everything , wishful thinking 🙇🏻 right
Think of building your resilience like building your muscles 🏋🏼‍♀️💪🏻 , it takes time , lots of hard work 😓 , and pain. But all of that make you stronger and healthier
Tips :
💡Practice healthy habits , eat healthy , sleep well and exercise
💡Practice mindfulness and meditation
💡Build healthy connections , surround yourself with friends who genuinely support you
💡Find a purpose for yourself ( more to come on this point 😎)

Let’s talk about emotional health

Why should you prioritize your emotional health ?
New studies have shown :
◦ emotional well-being leads to better health
◦ emotional health leads to success at work (not the other way around )
◦ happy people have better relationships

I hear many people living with chronic stress, excessive worries, anxiety and depression without doing anything about it. While it’s normal to experience emotional distress especially after traumatic experiences , losses and everyday stressors , don’t let it be your way of living

2- Move your body ( need to start with myself 😇)
3- Get enough sleep each night.
