More than 98% of families in this country choose to vaccinate their young children.

But now, vaccine policy is being shaped by the small, extreme minority that doesn’t.

All 17 independent vaccine experts—scientists and doctors who’ve spent their careers protecting children—have been fired. Not because the science changed, but because ideology took its place.

In their seats now are individuals who not only lack the expertise we need to guide vaccine policy, but who have a track record of spreading vaccine misinformation.

This decision doesn’t reflect families. It doesn’t reflect science. It strips away the trusted voices parents rely on and replaces them with anti-vaccine activism.

That’s not protecting families. That’s taking away their power to make informed decisions—and putting kids at risk.

I’ve had a few people ask me about the CDC’s stance on COVID vaccine and I’ve had to remind them that most doctors and scientists are not aligned with RFK’s edicts, including American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists - ACOG.

Despite CDC’s recent update, ACOG continues to strongly recommend COVID-19 vaccination during pregnancy in any trimester and during lactation. The vaccine is safe, effective, and protects both you and your infant. Talk with your ob-gyn about getting vaccinated. Learn more: https://bit.ly/3RWsM3z

Today was our official move-in day and the steady downpour couldn’t dampen our spirits!

I want to give a shout out to our dear friend and colleague, for sending over these beautiful flowers! They went perfectly in the vase you gave me 3 years ago when we opened! They will be at our welcome station when people come in the door!

Somebody’s ready to do some downward dog in this room! But in all seriousness: we’ve got plans for this room!
How about some yoga or tai chi?
How about personal training?
How about meditation classes?
Maybe some stress reduction or somatic breath work classes.

I can’t wait to host workshops and informational talks in here! The sky’s the limit!

We’re celebrating Washington’s birthday for a special reason this year… can you guess?

You’re looking at the new location for Inspire Family Medicine on Washington Street in Auburn!

In 6 weeks we’ll have the keys and put a few finishing touches on the new digs!

Have you heard of the MIND diet? In a study from the Rush University Medical Center, researchers found that the MIND diet, a hybrid of the Mediterranean and DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) diets, cut people’s risk of Alzheimer’s by an average of 53 percent!
