Too many people accept the mindset that decline is just “normal aging.” They dismiss stiffness, weakness, and loss of mobility as inevitable, when in reality those choices speed up the path toward assisted living, repeated surgeries, and a lower quality of life. By assuming nothing can be done, they give up control of their health — and the decline comes faster than it has to.
