They gave their bodies so you could live freely in yours.

This Memorial Day we honor every soul who gave everything so we could keep moving forward.

They showed up fully. In body. In spirit. In sacrifice.

Do not take a single step for granted.

The average American lives 12.4 years longer than they are healthy. That is not an extra life. That is an extended decline. The missing variable nobody is testing for is your joint mobility. A 13 year study of over 3,000 adults proved that women with low joint mobility were almost 5 times more likely to die early. Men were almost 2 times.

Mobility is the ultimate longevity factor.

The reason your body feels tight and stiff has a name that researchers documented back in the year 2000. Arthrogenic Muscle Inhibition. When a joint restricts, your nervous system shuts down the deep muscles that should stabilize it. Your bigger muscles take over. They tighten. They stay tight. Stretching them does not fix it.
We call it the Silent Shutdown Cycle. We specialize in testing for it. And then we reverse it.

I have spent years working hands-on with people that were tight, stiff, and sore and have tried everything to feel looser and stronger. They've stretched, they've trained, they get massages, they've gone to PT, they've done chiropractic care, and they have followed all of the wellness advice they were given, but somehow their bodies keep getting tighter, slower, and stiffer. What I learned working with all of these people changed everything I thought I knew about movement and...

It became the foundation of the stretch method and the work I do as a stretch mobility coaching practitioner. The way your body feels when it moves is not the same as how healthy your movement is. You can actually feel okay when you move and still be losing joint mobility that protects you from pain, injury, and degeneration.

By the time your pain shows up, you fall into the healthcare system hoping they will fix your pain. And when they don't, you feel helpless, alone, and very frustrated. I have found the science behind why you are tight, why you're stiff, and why you're sore, and it is not aging. That is what I teach on this channel and this is what I test for and restore in my studio in Becket Ridge, Ohio.

I created a free healthy movement self-test so you can find out where your body actually stands today. It takes you about five minutes and you can do it at home. You will move through seven simple tests that show you whether your joints have started to silently lock down. And at the end, you're gonna get a healthy movement score.

Most people fail two to four of these seven tests because their joints are already losing mobility. Don't wait to find out, get your Mobility Health Score at the link in our bio.

Send this to someone who:
Stretches every day and is still tight
Gets a massage and two days later the same spot is sore
Exercises consistently and still cannot move like they used to
Woke up one day and realized they had stopped doing things they used to do easily
There is a reason for all of it. And there is an answer.

Has a doctor or physical therapist ever told you nothing is wrong but you knew something was not right?

They were not lying to you. They were looking for dysfunction β€” conditions visible on imaging or measurable on standard tests. What they were not looking for is decline.

Decline is the gap between healthy and diagnosed. It is where tightness, stiffness and restricted movement live. And it shows up on a test that our healthcare system does not run.

That test is called the Mobility Health Score. And you can get yours now.

For all the mothers out there: your body did not just start falling apart. It has been sending you signals for years.

Most people wait for pain to get serious before they do anything. But pain shows up last. By the time it arrives the silent shutdown has already been running for a long time.

There is a number that tells you exactly where your joints are. It is called your Mobility Health Score. And most women in their 50s have never heard of it.

I test it every single day. And what I find changes how people understand their body forever.

Follow me to learn what your number means and how to get it.

Hot take: Most people who exercise consistently are getting fitter and more restricted at the same time.

Your workout builds strength on whatever foundation your joints have. If your joints have never been tested, that foundation is declining underneath every session.

Getting fitter is not the same as moving better.
