We are excited to kick off September this Labor Day weekend. On the schedule today is the Labor Day Holiday Flow at 9 am. All other classes have been canceled for the holiday. Additionally, this Friday at 6pm, Dee is offering an opportunity to rest and rejuvenate during her Candlelight Yin/Nidra class.

Meet Alex, a spunky 3 year old cat who loves bird watching in the mornings and hanging out with Lisa’s granddaughter Hazel- she calls him the nanny!

Axel is a scaredy cat outside his kingdom and is not up for a meet and greet, however you can find Lisa at the studio Thursdays at 6:00 pm for All Levels Flow and 7:30pm for Vin/Yin Fusion, as well as Sunday at 4:30pm for Yin.
