Raising awareness allows us to show support to those in need.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 1 in 31 of 8-year-old children are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or ASD.

What is Autism Spectrum Disorder? ASD is a developmental disability characterized by difficulties with social interaction or communication and the presence of restricted interests or repetitive behaviors. Diagnosis normally takes place during regular well-child checkups. Feel free to ask questions during your medical visits.

Did you know everyone is at risk for

Family history, age and other health conditions can be risk contributors. Understanding these risk factors can help you make better decisions for your health.

The recommended age for screening begins at 45. You may find asking yourself, "why should I get screened"? Well, about 1 in 5 colorectal cancer cases are now in people ages 54 or younger. Screening can also help find colorectal cancer early, when treatment is more likely to be successful. Talk to your doctor about getting screened today.
