We understand that everyone's health care needs are different, so we've introduced My dashboard.

It's a new online tool for our commercially insured members, providing personalized information to help improve their health and well-being. My dashboard notifies members about unused health plan resources, gives cost estimates for upcoming care, and sends reminders for important preventive or chronic condition care.

This personalization isn't just a bonus – it improves our members' health. The data from our My dashboard trial showed more visits to primary care, as well as increased screenings for colon and breast cancer.

It's just one way we're simplifying health care for our members.

Casey Setsodi and Michael Anderson, Medicare business development sales executives, have been introducing people to HealthPartners UnityPoint Health Medicare Advantage plans since 2016.

“We’ve spent a lot of time educating brokers and Medicare-eligible people on how we’re a quality, trusted organization, and that’s been fun and rewarding,” Michael says.

They begin the heavy lifting in summer by reaching out to brokers throughout Iowa to educate and train them on our products.

The foundation they build helps members and prospective members connect with brokers who can easily share details about our plans during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), which ends Dec. 7.

Casey and Michael are here to provide support to our partners, so they, in turn, can help the seniors in our community choose a plan that best fits their budget and lifestyle.

They’re partners for good – helping to make Medicare simple to navigate!
