Back on Track - Day 25: Today’s task is powerful in its simplicity:
🔒 Block 15 minutes of “non-negotiable YOU time.”

Not time for errands.
Not time for others’ demands.
Not time you “hope” to get to.

Just. You. Time.

This challenge isn’t about luxury or selfishness—it’s about recognizing that your time matters. Too often, we give ourselves the leftovers, and wonder why we feel empty.

📝 Reflection Prompt:
Why does my time always feel less valuable than others’?

Let’s flip the script. Your time has worth. Your rest is righteous. Your pause has power.

Let me know if you’re committing to those 15 minutes today and tag a friend who needs permission to protect their time too.

💔 Still waiting for the husband? Longing to hold a child of your own?

This week on Well and Grace, I’m speaking directly to the hearts of women who feel like they’ve been left behind.

💐 In “Expect the Miracle,” we talk about what it means to trust God’s timing—even when the waiting hurts.
You’ll hear the moving story of Miss Irene, a woman in her 90s who never married or had children but stood with tears in her eyes on Mother’s Day, finally realizing the deep spiritual motherhood she had lived out in the lives she touched.

🌸 Whether you’ve mothered through prayer, mentorship, teaching, or love—you are seen. You are needed. And you are not behind—you are becoming.

✨ Listen now and remember:
God is not late.
Your waiting is not wasted.
Your miracle may be closer than you think.

Today, we don’t just celebrate the end of Lent—we rejoice in the beginning of everything. The tomb is empty. The stone was rolled away. Death has been defeated, just as Jesus said.

In our final Lenten reflection, we dive into Matthew 28 to witness the awe-inspiring moment that changed the world. From Roman guards collapsing in fear, to women commissioned as the first witnesses, to the Great Commission given to us all—this is the victory of the Risen King.

✨ Let today remind you: the resurrection isn’t just a moment in history. It’s the miracle that empowers your mission.

On the night He was betrayed…
Jesus sat at the table with those who would abandon Him.
He broke bread with the betrayer.
He prayed in agony while His closest friends fell asleep.
He was arrested, mocked, and denied by the one who swore he’d never leave.
And still…
He walked forward.
For them.
For you.
For me.

🕊️ Join me on Well and Grace as we reflect on Matthew 26 and the heartbreak of Gethsemane. It’s a night of betrayal, but also of deep, unrelenting love.

New Episode True Power: Lenten Reflection Day 7
Are you feeling weary, overwhelmed, or in need of strength? In today’s Lenten Reflection: Day 7, we dive into Isaiah 40:29 (NLT): "He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless." This powerful promise reminds us that God sees our struggles and supplies the strength we need.

We’ll explore the historical context of this verse, how it encouraged the exiled Israelites, and how it still speaks to us today. Through the stories of Elijah, Paul, and David, we’ll see how God turns human weakness into divine strength.

Join me, Regina Bartlett, as we reflect on how this verse applies to our Lenten journey and how we can lean on God's power in our daily lives. Stay until the end for a heartfelt prayer and encouragement to trust in the Lord’s strength.
