I have an integrative approach to treatment, using relational psychoanalysis as my primary treatment method and weaving in somatic, CBT, and family system interventions to meet various needs. I have experience in treating issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, adolescent issues, disordered eating, parenting, life transitions, and family stress.
