I mentor many lash artists and they are all complaining about the same thing. Growth has slowed all the way down.

Here is the truth…

It’s not that people don’t want lashes anymore.
It’s that the easy money phase is over.

The industry didn’t die.
It got saturated.

Too many artists.
Too many cheap sets.
Too many clients who now know they have options.

Between DIY lashes, rising costs, and clients stretching their appointments…

What used to feel consistent now feels unpredictable.

And if you’re still relying on:
👉 back-to-back fills
👉 low-ticket services
👉 “just staying busy”

You’re going to feel the shift the hardest.

Because this isn’t a demand problem.
It’s a positioning problem.

The artists still making money right now?
They didn’t quit.

They just stopped operating like everyone else.

I don’t care how beautiful your space is.

If getting there is a hassle…
your clients won’t come back consistently.

🚩 No clear, easy parking = friction
And friction kills rebooking. Every time.

This is what I see spa owners ignore all the time—
they fall in love with the space.

“It’s so cute, I had to take it.”

I get it. I really do.

But cute doesn’t pay your rent.
Cute doesn’t attract your ideal client.
Cute doesn’t make booking effortless.

Your location should make it easy for people to say yes…
and even easier to come back. Can I get an Amen🙌🏽

Because your client isn’t just comparing you to other spas—
she’s comparing you to convenience.

If it’s hard to get to… it’s hard to grow.

Hey guys, I’ve been a little removed from social media and there is no good excuse. But here is why I’ve been a quiet..

I feel really guided right now to not feed the platform the way I used to…and instead focus on the work in front of me and the people I’m here to help.
