Another filler first timer got her very own Lip FX treatment!

She complained of thinning, turned-in lips and missed the volume that they used to have, but wanted to keep them SUPER natural.

So we started with 0.6cc of Revanesse Versa in the lips to improve projection, volume, and hydration and 0.2cc in the oral commissures to support and lift the corners of the lips and soften the melolabial fold.

For M-Shaped lips, you always want to be careful where you place the volume and how much you put in because they’re the most prone to migration due to them having smaller tissue compartments!

It’s always better to slowly build over time!

These pics are 2 weeks apart so they are fully healed and settled.

We did add another 0.2cc to the upper and lower lips just outside the cupid’s bow for a bit more definition and to smooth the overall lip line, which is NOT pictured here.

That’s what this patient said after her first TMJ Tox treatment and here she is getting her second!

It truly is a game changer for people dealing with the pain and tightness associated with TMJ.

For TMJ, I usually recommend the first 2-3 treatments be on a strict 3-4mo schedule, then they can usually be spaced out to every 5-6mo, but it can vary from patient to patient.
