2️⃣ Do everything at once (chaos mode)

✨ Try this instead:
✅ Pause. Breathe. Pick ONE thing.
✅ Use the "Rule of 3" – Prioritize just 3 tasks per day.
✅ Externalize tasks – Get them out of your head & onto paper.

1️⃣ Pause & Name It – "I’m feeling overstimulated."
2️⃣ Regulate First – Walk, deep breaths, or cold water on wrists.
3️⃣ THEN Problem-Solve – ADHD brains need time to process before reacting.
