Positions Available (full-time):
1- Production Specialist 1. Responsibilities include: Coach translators and talent throughout the translation / filming process, correspond with current clients, provide quality assurance checks to final projects prior to client delivery.
2- Production Specialist 2. Responsibilities include: Provide language review for translations, clip raw footage preparatory to editing, manage studio for film shoots.
3- Production Specialist 3. Responsibilities include: Operate camera while supporting language coach, edit footage to meet client expectations, provide content review for translations.

3 Ways to Get the Most out of Interpreters in Your Business

1. Brief your interpreter properly.

Let them know the topic of the business meeting, any company lingo that will be used often during the meeting, and how many they will be interpreting for. This will allow the interpreter to understand what is being said, and let the deaf or hard of hearing employee to fully engage in the meeting without tutoring the interpreter the correct lingos.

2. Provide documents or written materials if possible.

If there's a meeting agenda, outline, or other written material that will be used during the meeting, giving the interpreter a copy of those materials before the meeting. This will help ensure the deaf or hard of hearing employee is getting correct information.

3. Don't address the interpreter in a meeting, conversation or discussion.

Treat the interpreter as a vital communication tool, not a participant in the conversation or discussions. This may sound rude, but it's how it works.
