Hello, friends. The energies in my personal day to day have been volatile, but this is a reminder from me to you that when life gets chaotic, it is a good time to work for BEING. Do what you can to stay centered and grounded. Meditate, pray, and either one, remember conversation goes two ways. The Divine is always ready to answer: Are we listening? Taking time to practice your spiritual listening skills can deepen our relationship to Source and to the Ancestors. The Runes are simply one way to ask and receive answers. But always, always, within you is your connection to your birthright, a connection to Source.

I want to wish everyone a very happy Thanksgiving. The older I become, the more I appreciate the simple things in life. Ambition falls away, I slow down, but such wisdom as my life has given me remains intact--for good or ill. I think I can hear those who know me best laughing... And laughter is good! I need more of it.

For your Rune blessings today: the pair DAGAZ and HAGALAZ. DAGAZ is the Rune of Breakthrough, finally understanding something that has been challenging you for some time. HAGALAZ is the Rune of Hail Storms, sudden squalls that come out of no place. Life's challenges are like that. Between DAGAZ and HAGALAZ is the reminder that only through challenges and obstacles to be overcome do we gain understanding, illumination, enlightenment.

As the world faces darker times, people without understanding will reveal themselves by their actions. Those with understanding find themselves in a unique place to hold sacred space for the collective humanity to expand in consciousness, learn, and grow. These times are not easy. But we can become better spiritually for them.

The Runes, I have discovered, can provide energy to the daily psychic shield I make to create boundaries with people who would drain my energy. In addition to this, the Rune provides me with what I need for the day.
