Good morning! My new private practice location will be over by Purdue University on campus. There is plenty of parking! The address is 101 Foundry Drive; suite 1200, West Lafayette, IN. Most clients have been very pleased however I apologize to those that have been inconvenienced by the change.

You always have two choices in life.

1) To continue living the old ways or
2) Working on yourself and growing spiritually

When someone says, he has been through "so and so" and for that reason he has become like a certain person right now. This is simply an indicator of ignorance to look within.

Blaming the situation and others will not lead you anywhere in life. If you are feeling in certain ways then contemplate that feeling for some time. Ask questions to yourself why are you feeling the way you feel?

It's not the situation or the person that makes you feel good or bad. It's your expectations of them to make you feel in particular ways. Why do you give someone else the power to make you feel as they want? Why do you become the poppet of your outer circumstances?

Take your power back and work on yourself. Don't let your outer experiences shape you. Shape yourself in such a way that the outer world cannot make any impact on you.
