On Monday evening, tucked away in a cozy, high vibe private home meditation space in SW Portland, a group of women (professionals, moms, givers, caretakers, bosses, organizers, business women, super women) gathered together to collectively pause everything hectic and step away from the rush of their daily lives, to ground into stillness, quiet, and themselves in an immersive 90 minute sound bath. This shared space and time was enchanting and soft and just what was needed heading into a new week. I’m so grateful to for organizing and hosting us all, and for inviting me to share the benefits of sound with so many. 💫

On Sunday evening, under the setting sun surrounded by the ambient sounds of lapping water and singing crows, a group of 25 neighbors, friends, and strangers gathered together to give thanks to the water and honor the changing of the seasons with a sound bath on a floating deck. I’ve been manifesting and imagining a water side sound bath for months, and am so grateful to have been asked to be a part of this special evening of stillness and community! Sunday evening was a magical evening, where the sacred sound of the instruments weaved together with the ritual and ceremony of tea. guided everyone through a grounding, six steep tea ceremony accompanied by the singing crystal bowls, which then led into a relaxing sound bath.
