I’m not sure there is a sweeter way to start the day! Preschoolers in their pj’s, stuffies to cuddle, with guiding them through gentle breath and yoga movement as I played the crystal singing bowls and chimes. It was magical! So grateful to this school and their amazing preschool teachers for welcoming mindfulness into their classroom - what a gift they are giving these kiddos! Thank you, Renee, for inviting me!!

When the world feels heavy, sound can be a gentle lantern in the dark. My sound baths and collaborations are invitations to soften, to quiet your mind, ease your body, and steady your spirit. As you tend to your own inner light through rest and resonance, something beautiful happens: *you* become the light in the darkness. When we care for ourselves in this way, our presence alone offers warmth, steadiness, and hope during dark times. ✨
