Eddleman’s Elderberries, LLC Making a healthier you! We are a small family-owned and operated business here in Brevard County. We have our communities' health and well-being at heart.

We are prehospital healthcare professionals/educators by day and elderberry makers by night. We are devoted and invested in the wellness of our community in more ways than one. We started our small business with Elderberries when my daughter was having severe asthma and allergies related to pollen and environmental triggers. After developing our own organic spin of elderberry syrup we started to sell and provide to our neighbors, and it was suggested to begin bringing it to Brevard County farmers markets. Most of our events are farmer's markets located throughout our county. During the pandemic, we need to be creative in order to serve our clients and we started selling online and offering curbside contactless pickup and deliveries. We love where we live, and hope to make a healthier you.

Our Story

I am a mom to two wonderful kids, a wife of a first responder, a health care educator and provider. I have been an Emergency Department nurse since 2007, and a street paramedic for years before that. I have seen how the flu, allergies and upper respiratory conditions among other things can be debilitating. Helping people is my passion! When learning about and experiencing with elderberry, I felt compelled to share the benefits with my neighbors. The feedback was amazing! We received so much ecouragement to join farmer’s markets and sell our wonderful products. We did and now we have created a small family business. Our goal is to educate our friends, families, and neighbors with an all-natural remedy and effective way to fight colds, flu, allergies, and more! I have met some amazing people and made new friends along the way. As always, if you have any concerns, please consult your family physician before trying any new remedies.
