The Blue Cross Blue Shield Louisiana Angel Award is given each year to one person from each region in honor of their community contributions in the nonprofit sector.

This year, we are so proud to announce Dr. Annie Spell as the winner from our district. To know Annie is to know her tireless commitment to improving the lives of children, families, cancer survivors, and anyone suffering from trauma. May her countless hours of volunteerism, fundraising, and clinical psychology services inspire us all to show up for those who need us most.
