In health, it’s not the flawless meal plan or the perfect workout schedule that changes your life, it’s the messy, imperfect action you actually take.
Skipping the gym but taking a 10-minute walk. Swapping one donut for a piece of fruit. Drinking water before coffee. Those little, “imperfect” steps tell your body: I’m showing up for you.
Perfect plans left undone don’t lower your blood pressure, calm your adrenals, or reduce inflammation. Messy steps forward do. 💙
