I can’t believe how many times I hear from women that they were put on hormones without anyone addressing the underlying fertility issues! Whether they have been prescribed Clomid or some other form of hormone, this treatment does not address the underlying issues and support the body in finding its own hormonal balance.

Women are eating less protein than 50 years ago! Protein is key for supporting overall fertility and maintaining a healthy menstrual cycle. Protein supports hormone production, lean body mass, blood sugar balance, liver detoxification, body temperature, and thyroid function.

Optimal protein intake recommendations are quite a bit higher than current nutrition guidelines. Most women are not getting enough protein and would feel much better if they increased the amount of high-quality protein in their diet.
