Our Story

T-MED Services, INC. is a physician-owned, SOF Veteran led mobile cadre composed of tactical medical professionals who served in various SOF units and/or Police & Fire-EMS departments. We are experts in Tactical Combat Casualty Care & Tactical Emergency Casualty Care concepts, constantly staying up-to-date with the latest guidelines, practices, and curricula.

We provide a full range of solutions ranging from 3 hour Bleeding Control Courses, to 5+ day SWAT medic courses, featuring firearm drills, scenarios, rescue, breaching & more, all led by SOF veteran instructors. We tailor solutions to our client's unique needs and will deliver a unit of instruction created specifically for your audience.​
