My Food Program does not charge a start up fee or an annual fee for any size sponsor. You pay for the software that you use on a monthly basis after the orientation process is complete, no annual contract is required. In fact, no matter what your sponsor size, we take on as much of the burden of making the software transition as we can. Our staff will enter all of your provider/center information, all participant and household information, and your first month of menus. We provide live web based training at both the sponsor and the site level so that all users feel comfortable with My Food Program. Because of how our pricing works, if you don't like our software and do not use it, we do not charge you.

We know that learning something new and training your providers and centers is a big task. In addition to our live web based training, we provide sponsor and site level user guides as well as a searchable Help Center. Live customer support is available in English and Spanish to all software users at both the sponsor and site level via email, phone, and chat. We can also provide customized training and support as needed.
