WE will be “rocking it”tonight. Come and visit us. You do not have to be weighed and the first meeting is FREE!
Because of the Memorial Day holiday we will not meet again until June 8th. Tonight we will paint small rocks to carry in our pocket as a means to stay focused.

The winner of the pretty blue Tupperware bowl was Lucy Morgan! Congratulations Lucy. Our next meeting will be April 27. Come between 4:30 -5:00. Come have some more fun while we learn about weight loss and how you can Take Off Pounds Sensibly.

At our last meeting, I provided a list of questions with answers available in our TOPS NEWS magazine. Individuals who return with all correct answers will be included in a drawing for a blue Tupperware bowl prize.

I am so proud of our group!!!
We had a “NO GAIN” meeting on Monday February 9th. A “NO GAIN” meeting means that everyone that weighed in lost weight. For our KOPS, she stayed in her“Leeway” . We had 8 to weigh in with a net loss for the group was 16.6 pounds lost. Wonder what a KOPS is?
KEEPING OFF POUNDS SENSIBLY
Once a member gets to her goal weight, you are a KOPS. After you receive your KOPS status, then you have a couple rules to keep that status.
Come see us. Next meeting is February 24 at 4:30. Bring a friend. Your first visit is free.

West Union TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) hosts meetings on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, excluding holidays. Weigh-ins take place from 4:30 to 5:00 pm, followed by a brief meeting lasting 30 minutes to an hour. Those interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle are invited to attend at the Church of Christ, located at 270 Lloyd Rd in West Union, Ohio. The church is situated across from the WU High School. Meet TOPS West Union 1801 KOPS member. Judy Austin lost 49.4 pounds to a little under her goal weight. Judy worked 7 years and 7 1/2 months to get to her goal. She says that TOPS not only helped her get there, but it is definitely helping her to stay in her goal range. Congratulations Judy, you are a great inspiration to us all!

Starting Monday , November 13, 2023 we are starting a new activity to help us stay on track through the holidays. Come to the Christian Union Church check out our program. We are located across the road from the WU High School. Meeting starts at 5PM. If you would like to get weighed, be there between 4:30 - 5:00.
