Calling all yoga enthusiasts…or anyone wanting to try yoga 🤪

We are hosting 6 yoga sessions this summer with Alma Yoga Betsy Nefzger 🤩

The cost is $15 each time with a discount if you sign up for all 6 sessions! Each session is 45 minutes with a snack or refreshment! We will have student volunteers at the rec center each session to provide childcare as needed!

Yoga will take place at the rec center from 7:00-7:45 am on the following dates:

Friday, June 6
Friday, June 13
Wednesday, June 18
Friday, June 27
Wednesday, July 2
Friday, July 11
