Part of our Chronic Pain HUB team, Sandra Veljovic is a clinical pharmacist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and graduate of the Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy. Her practice is focused on chronic pain and addictions, as well as concurrent mental health disorders. She enjoys contributing to this field through educational activities as a Hub member with ECHO Chronic Pain & Opioid Stewardship (UHN).
She practices within an interdisciplinary clinic, Interprofessional Pain and Addictions Recovery Clinic. This has stoked a passion for a holistic, multimodal approach to care, and a reason why she became certified as a Pain Reprocessing Therapy practitioner, which she regularly integrates into her practice.

Part of our Chronic Pain HUB team, Behdin Nowrouzi-Kia, OT Reg. (Ont.), PhD, FRSA, is an occupational therapist and assistant professor at the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. He holds the Inaugural Emily Geldsaler Grant Early Career Professorship in the Workplace Mental Health. Dr. Nowrouzi-Kia is also an affiliate scientist at the Krembil Research Institute, Toronto Western Hospital, University Health Network and a Collaborating Scientist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. He was also the founder of the Infinity Health Consulting Group and OT Services North.
