Believe it or not, random unwanted thoughts/images pop into 94% of all people’s heads from time to time. It’s not the unwanted, intrusive thoughts that are the problem — it's what you make of those thoughts. They don’t make you a horrible person. It doesn’t mean you secretly want the thought to become reality. You are just like everyone else whose brain fires these off ❤️ As distressing as they may be… intrusive thoughts are just visitors passing through.
