Time moves differently during the postpartum phase. A new mother is no longer confined by the “normal” operating hours of life.
Postpartum is no time to stick to the routine of “lunch” and “dinner.” Food is food, and a recovering mother’s needs may come at any time of day. Stew for breakfast is completely acceptable. Frittata for lunch, chia pudding for dessert, date truffles in the middle of the night. Any food, any time!
