You have to make small steps to your goal. SMALL steps. You can just do things slowly, one small decision can alter the rest of your life.

Even one small shift in your thinking. For example, thinking you can, rather than telling yourself the ways that you can't do something. In your life, you have to always find the solutions, NOT the problems.
